Refurbishments

The area of the bathroom, back bedroom and landing have been restructured to provide a completely new bathroom with new suite and shower above the bath. The landing is now light and airy with natural light during daylight hours.

The gas central heating system is also brand new and the combination boiler provides low cost, permanent hot water.

The kitchen has been partly refurbished with new wall units. A worktop level hob and a brand new fitted oven add a finishing touch.

Electrical light fittings, switches and sockets are all new.

Ceilings, walls and woodwork have been freshly painted throughout.

All refurbishments and redecoration are to a high standard.
