Kitchen Dining Room

Floor plan of the kitchen area, not quite to scale

Four spotlights to highlight kitchen-dining areasThe kitchen dining room is spacious and well lit. There is a large window in the south facing rear wall for bright natural light. Artificial lighting is provided by an attractive fitting carrying four lamps which can be adjusted to illuminate whichever parts of the room you feel desirable.

As you enter you see the gas fire and fireplace at an angle at the far end. As your gaze sweeps to the left you see the L shaped worktop and the units along the whole length of the back wall and the wall to your left. The combination boiler unit is against the wall above the worktop at the far left corner of the room.

Scanning further left along the wall, which is the back wall of the house, there is a double wall unit then the window looking out to your large, sunny back garden. Beneath the window the worktop is interrupted by the stainless steel sink unit.

Step inside the room and about face. In front of you now is the easy clean electric hob and fitted oven, which benefit from a cooker hood above, reducing the risk of lingering cooking smells. The window and sink unit are now to your right.
